Bad code and ZERO customer service

I have spent a few hundred dollars on this game...have been losing 480k food a day on average when Im food positive...been happening for weeks, have sent 20 emails to developers about it and they have not responded once. Run away from this game...too many bugs and ZERO customer support....horrible.
