Unable to play

As of the recent patch I log In to a spinning blue wheel. I have tried different service providers (wifi) other devices (iPhone iPad) as well as LTE and I am unable to log in let alone play. When you do get past the blue wheel you go to tap on things and it pretends to happen only the next time you load up the game it is as if your last play session was erased
