Games fun but

So the game is very fun however I was signed in today and then got an error, this is fine as sometimes this happens in games and you close out and reload. However when I tried to reload and sign back in I received this message

" sorry you are unable to login due to an error in account data please contact customer service to check your account"

What the heck does that even mean ? Ive paid everything through iTunes cards and spent a decent amount of money. This is ridiculous and if I cant get my account back then I should be reimbursed.

Ive heard the customer support has gotten better hopefully thats true, until the. This game gets 1 stars only because I cant do 0.
