Rip Off ????

New Player. Bought $4.99 teleport to join friends in another state. After purchase completed, received message that I couldnt move to another state because I had been registered for more than 15 days. (No warning of time requirement found.) This was the 2nd day I had been active. Messaged a moderator and sent another message through the purchase page on the app with screen shots. No answer. Just sent complaint through app support here.

Automated response from app support referred me back to the forms previously filled out on the game app. I am not impressed. Someone needs to take responsibility. And for the record, I dont see a "help and support indicator."
