False Advertising

Well, this game would be really really fun if level 20-max level bases couldnt attack 5-8. People go savaging other players just for fun. Second it is False Advertising. It says theres a deal for city development, right? You get lots of speed bonuses and it says: 1 Hour left. But every time I join it resets and when it turns to zero seconds it happens again. Same thing with the other deals...but this conplaint shouldnt affect me as I am a f2p. But the first one....Please fix. Dont listen to your customers = dead game
