I loved this game , until i found out that its the worst game ever ever !! The strong players are not strong because they are active everyday and gather resources and upgrade ! No ! Cause they use gnbots.com ! Thats why the chinese are dominating the game ! Cant you really guys stop this !! ?

Dont spend $$$ on game. The game loses accounts and now body to help. Read other reviews and see others have problems with this too. Game is not worth your time

So the game is very fun however I was signed in today and then got an error, this is fine as sometimes this happens in games and you close out and reload. However when I tried to reload and sign back in I received this message " sorry you are unable to login due to an error in account data please contact customer service to check your account" What the heck does that even mean ? Ive paid everything through iTunes cards and spent a decent amount of money. This is ridiculous and if I cant get my account back then I should be reimbursed. Ive heard the customer support has gotten better hopefully thats true, until the. This game gets 1 stars only because I cant do 0.

Company dont care about you. Its your fault to bundle with Facebook and your fault to have iPhone. Issues have reported for 3 days still get not response. Talented engineers please go interview for this company

This game has potential, but it is extremely full of bugs, and the bug report function doesnt even work, either. It is extremely tedious to play the game, unless you beak down and pay for expensive in-app bonuses and capabilities, but even those dont remedy the all the buggy programming glitches. The developers all seem to be Chinese who either dont speak English or ignore English player requests for bug fixes.

Dont download. This game is awful. Every update is full of bugs which they refuse to fix. Things which players could earn now have to bought with diamonds. Serious lack of customer service. In game packages are way too expensive. Check their fb page and you will see all the complaints and lack of response from developers. I have to give one star for review but it is really 0 stars from me

The developers provide no customer support. Their inadequate attempt to provide Help, utilizing the English language, is abhorrently poor and completely fails assist in problem solving. The game is either rigged to put money in the hands of a few players who may indeed be the developers, or the developers have either deliberately or unwittingly allowed cheat codes to access their software to rig the game for a select few. As others have noted, the game is unnecessarily expensive to play. It is surprising that Apple allows what appears to be a corrupt game to be in their eco system. AVOID THIS GAME!!!! This game is racially biased. As one reviewer noted, if you are Chinese you will likely win! All others eventually lose.

I tried binding game to Game Center and FB and lost my whole game. Level 30 Base, 30m power ranking, and just trying to get my game access back.

Terrible customer service have written many times no answer. So avoid this game like the plague. Any issue you are stuck. Cause the developers dont care

This game provides absolutely no balance for players who do not wish to spend thousands of dollars every month. The top players are either hacked or rich enough to blow money at will. You will forever be suppressed by those who have the funds to spend, avoid this game and find something more worthy of your time.

You guys are gonna need to balance it a bit. Higher players need to stop attacking the lower players. For example. 1Mil power guy attacks a 100k power guy.

Bought a package. Money was taken from my account but never received package. Tried contacting game but zero response . So this game took 25 dollars for nothing!

Really liked this game at the beginning but when I got to Level 9 the game just fell apart. Cannot bind game, death spirals waiting for it to load, doesnt save diamonds, and it shows minus percentages for Institute Level. No response from tech. Dont bother!!!!

I started yesterday, It was fine until this afternoon It stopped working. I am on a 6s so It isnt the phone. I keep getting a blue loading wheel when I try to do anything. Please help.

Got this game as it looked good. The app wouldnt even get past the tutorial of building troops. Kept getting stuck! Deleted
